In aerial hoop classes, you will learn various skills in, under, and above the hoop. Starting at the beginner level you will learn all the basic and foundational skills, including different entries into the hoop, tricks inside the hoop, and spins. Then, in the intermediate, advanced, and higher levels you will learn tricks above the hoop, inverted skills, and transitions. Hoop is a great class for anyone interested in learning aerial skills. And Teghann believes that hoop is one of the most beginner friendly classes she teaches.

In hoop choreo classes, you will learn a routine that pieces together what you’ve been learning in your regular hoop classes. This class focuses on learning transitions and combos. Hoop choreo is a great class to take if you’ve been taking aerial hoop for a while and are ready to connect your skills together and make a beautiful routine.

Teghann offers two types of aerial yoga class, aerial yoga flow and aerial yoga restorative. In aerial yoga flow, you will flow through poses holding for 5–10 breaths in each. Incorporating traditional yoga elements, this class will challenge you to properly engage your muscles, get deeper in your stretches, and test your balance. This style of aerial yoga is most similar to a Hatha or Vinyasa style yoga class. In aerial yoga restorative, you will use the hammock as a support to help you relax into poses. In this style you will hold postures for 2–5 minutes and focus on relaxing your mind and body. This class is most similar to a restorative or Yin yoga class.
